Our MCO (Movement Control Order) phase is now over, but does this mean that we can be worry-free and move around like normal again?
Just not yet.
Our government, has recently extended the CMCO (Conditional Movement Control Order) until the 9th of June 2020. Although certain regulations have loosen and we are now able to move around much more, please remember that Covid-19 is still out there.
Our health and lives are important so please do take care and look after one another during these fragile times. If there nothing necessary to get outside from home, continue to #stayhome and #staysafe.
If you’re heading out, remember:
1. Your mask is your first-line defense
Wear a mask, and not in a way where it only covers your mouth, it’s meant to cover both your nose and mouth. Each time you remove your mask, you are exposing yourself to any possible infection.2. Keep clean!
Sanitize and even wash your hands regularly, anytime and anywhere you go.3. Be vigilant about what you touch
Avoid touching your face or rubbing your nose. Anytime possible, use your elbows to open doors or press a button.4. Social distancing is the new norm
It’s definitely hard to keep a distance during these times. However, social distancing is extremely crucial to continue flattening the curve and maintaining green zones. Keep a distance and avoid crowded areas.5. Stay healthy
Stay healthy with some exercise routines and a well-balanced meal. Nutrients will help your body to heal and grow stronger in so many ways.6. Take care for your family and friends
Last but not least, although visiting homes are now allowed as long as it’s not more than 20 people. If you come from an affected area, please reconsider before visiting your family and friends, for the sake of their health. We are all unsure of when all of this is going to end. However, given the circumstances that we have no control over, let’s take this time to embrace uncertainty and do what we can to be present with ourselves and enjoy the little things we can find at home.
Take care and stay safe.
Love,
ZEO
